The Pacific Society of Women in Business was founded in October of 2018 by seven women at the Eberhardt School of Business at University of the Pacific. Our organization embodies advocating for Women in the workforce, standing by equal employment opportunities, and promoting empowerment, equality & enrichment through leadership, networking and personal development. We strive to maintain valuable relationships and partnerships with our community and our allies.

We empower women to reach their highest potential through equal opportunities in the workforce and propel them to enrich all aspects of their life. We welcome all Pacific students, majors, and genders who are in support of women in the workplace.
